2. Renewals & Deliveries:
SMS credits
: If you have bought SMS credits using our online store you will receive:
a) A SMS credit Activation Key code within 30 minutes of your paymen t- by email (and in your account on the XGate website).
b) Receive notification that your SMS account has been credited for the number of SMS you have bought within 1 hour of your keycode activation.

Model upgrade License:
If you have bought a Model Upgrade Licence (ie upgrade from XGate to XGate Pro) using our online store and have not received:
a) A Model Upgrade Licence Activation key within 30 minutes of your payment by email (and in your account on the XGate website)

Renewal of XGate Licences:
If you have bought an XGate Licence Renewal package using our online store and have not received:
a) An XGate Licence Renewal Activation keycode within 30 minutes of your payment by email and in your account on the XGate website

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation:
You can choose to cancel at any time:
1) The unused SMS credits that you have in your account.
2) The model upgrade licence as long as the licence has not been activated with the activation key.
3) The XGate Licence renewal package as long as it has not been activated with the activation keycode.

Refunds:
Refunds will be made within 7 days to the credit card you used in ordering from the online store.
